We understand that attending a meeting for the first time can feel overwhelming. This overview will help you understand how meetings are structured, what you can expect and provide some helpful information.

Please attend meetings only if you are free from any substances that may impair you. You may review this document to know what to expect and to review our Meeting Agreements. Join our WFS Online community for ongoing peer support.

How to join a meeting

Women for Sobriety offers both online and in-person meetings.

Online meetings are held using Zoom and links can be found on our Meetings page.

While most attend our online meetings by computer or mobile device it is possible to join us by telephone by dialing in with your local access number. Meeting verifications

WFS can support your legal journey by verifying meeting attendance. Women For Sobriety uses Pathcheck to provide self-serve attendance verification for our online recovery meetings. To obtain a meeting verification please visit our Verifications page.

How do I obtain a meeting verification?

If you have a Pathcheck account, you can request a meeting verification. The easiest way to do this is by completing the WFS Verifications Request form, step-by-step instructions are provided in this document.
